A Northwest Ohio non profit and client of Madhouse, Health Partners of Northwest Ohio offered me the challenge of getting more walk-in appointments at one of their new locations. To accomplish this, I performed extensive SEO research and used my findings to create an optimized landing page within the capabilities of the Content Management System.

Once the page was created, I used that same research to create CPC campaigns on Facebook and Google, targeted to users within driving distance of the new facility. Though the client wasn’t up for tracking the walk-in traffic that came from the campaign, it resulted in 523 views of the landing page.

Pleased with the results, the client later asked us to develop a campaign to increase walk-in appointments for back-to-school/pediatric visits. With a similar strategy, we were able to drive 1,501 users to the campaign-specific landing page. The search portion of the campaign campaign had a 3.37% click-through-rate.
