While at Madhouse, one of our longest clients was Mercy College of Ohio. Over the years, Mercy has relied on the agency for design and strategy for their campaigns, website and advertising. The team’s main goal is to capture leads, which adds potential students to a funnel which includes email communication and website retargeting. After joining the team, my skills were utilized in multiple ways to enhance the lead capture process.

In my time at Madhouse, I’ve helped increase impressions and clicks across the board, hitting an all-time high for Google Ads in Q4 of 2022. By optimizing landing pages (existing program pages), adjusting the communication schedule and giving recommendations on the email content, 2097 leads were captured through the website in 2022.

Promoting many programs, it’s important for Mercy to be able to gauge where efforts are effective and where things need to be changed. To paint a clear picture, I created a custom dashboard that gives a detailed look at how landing pages are performing, including acquisition channels and applicable ad campaigns. I also recreated their ad reports to pull realtime information, an upgrade from entering manually.
